Compatibility-wise, Freelook is compatible with all iOS devices equipped with a front-facing camera and running iOS 12 or later. It boasts support for USB connection, keyboard shortcuts, dark mode, gestures, and more, enhancing the user experience.
Opentrack Setup
- Download and install Opentrack software on your PC. This free software caters to tracking users' head movements and transmitting the data to games and flight simulation software. For the latest downloads, visit https://github.com/opentrack/opentrack/releases.
- Configure Opentrack settings for optimal functionality, including selecting UDP over network as the input method and freetrack 2.0 Enhanced as the output. Customize filters and mapping properties according to personal preferences.
- Ensure Windows firewall settings allow for the necessary connections by creating specific rules and providing Opentrack with the required permissions.
App Setup
- Upon launching the app on your iOS device, grant camera access permission if prompted.
- Enter the IP address and Port number obtained from the Opentrack setup on your PC to establish a connection between the app and Opentrack.
- Activate the tracking feature by starting Opentrack within the app interface to enjoy seamless hands-free control.
